Below are two tasks worth sixty points together.
Your goal is to attempt sixty points or less by choosing preferred tasks and following the instructions on how to do them.

Please send this in before the 10th of January for the Autumn Term or before the 10th of June for the Spring Term. There are no extensions.

The theoretical part (30 points)

Please answer the questions below in no less than 60 words and 4 sentences each. Do not copy and paste the answers from the lesson, for I wish to see your own thoughts. I shan't be counting any legitimate or logical answers as wrong.

1. What are the five Gamp's Laws?
2. What is Transformation?
3. Where do Vanished objects go?
4. Define Conjuration.
5. Describe the principles of Human Transfiguration.
6. Why is Untransfiguration, next to Human Transfiguration considered one of the most advanced branches of Transfiguration.

creative writing task

Please research some Transfiguration spells and try to think of a brand new spell that has a unique consequence. You can keep this informal or rather serious, either way, the goal is to meet 300 words and cover as much information as possible.

research task

For this task I would like you to do research on Transfiguration spells and form a spell book for 10 spells with known incantations. I want to know the incantation, what the spell does, as well as any other useful or trivial information you can find. Try to keep each spell's descriptive definition above 25 words.
